# Payment and Refund

- Payment Terms: Payment is due in full at the time of registration. Any other payment arrangements must be made in advance directly with the institute.

- Refund Policy: Refunds are available in certain circumstances, such as:

• Full Refund: If the institute cancels a class due to insufficient enrollment, or if a student is prevented from commencing the course due to provable illness or a close family member's illness.
• Partial Refund: If a student withdraws from a course, the refund amount will depend on the timing of the withdrawal, with processing fees applicable.
