Payment and Refund

1. Payment Policy

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice.

If your payment is declined or not successfully processed, your order will not be completed, and no product or service will be delivered until the payment is verified.

2. Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the terms outlined below.

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for the following:

• Physical Products: Must be returned in unused, original condition with packaging within 14 days of delivery.
• Digital Products or Services: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the product/service has not been downloaded, accessed, or used in any way.
• Subscription Services: You may cancel anytime. However, refunds are only available if requested within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal.

Please note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Sale items and promotional purchases may not be eligible for refund unless faulty or damaged.

3. Refund Timeline

Once we receive your refund request or returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Delays in refund processing may occur depending on your payment provider or bank.
